Organic Dark Chocolate (Gluten Free & Vegan)

medium orange zest
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a mixing bowl using double boil method or in microware until melted.
Apply and spread evenly with a spatula one layer of icing onto the cake, let it dry for 2 minutes.
Then add the remaining icing and spread evenly on the cake.
Zest the orange using a zester grater on top of the cake before the chocolate icing dries up.
Wait for the icing to dry before slicing the cake.
