Is Stir-Frying Healthy?
Stir-frying or sautéing, with a wok is an extremely healthy way to cook. Because it utilizes small amount of oil. As well as maintains more nutrients in the food than boiling as they cook in such a rapid time. You will also get tender-crisp vegetables from stir-frying. Before cooking starts, make sure that you have prepared all the essential ingredients and set them aside. Once you have heated the oil to the right temperature, you can include the ingredients to the wok for stir-frying.
Furthermore, stir-frying is essentially a one pan dish involving only a wok, low in fats and calories. In addition, it encourages you to add more vegetables into your diet.
